SALAD JERUK BALI & MANGGA – POMELO & MANGO SALAD

Bahan/ingredients:
1 buah mangga muda. 1 pcs unripe mango. (Indramayu)
¼ buah jeruk bali. ¼ pcs pomelo.
1 buah cabe merah buang biji. 1 pcs red chili, seedless.
20 buah jeruk Kasturi. 20 pcs calamansi.

60 gr gula batu (sesuaikan selera). 60 gr rock sugar. (taste to desire)
¼ sdt garam.
3 buah cabe rawit. (sesuaikan selera). 3 pcs chili padi. (taste to desire).
300 ml air. 300 ml water.

Taburan/topping:
Kacang tanah goreng atau mede goreng secukupnya. Fried peanut or fried chesnut.
1 pak daun kaiware. 1 pack kaiware sprout.

Cara/method:
1. Iris mangga dan cabe merah korek api. Julianne mango and red chili.
2. Didihan air dan gula batu, biarkan suhu ruang. Boiling water and rock sugar, lets room temperature.
3. Haluskan kasar cabe rawit dan tambahkan garam. Rough grain chili padi and add salt.
4. Peras jeruk kasturi dan campur dgn cabe dan air gula. Squeeze calamansi and mix with grain chili and sugar water.
5. Campur mangga dan jeruk bali. Mix with mango and pomelo.
6. Diamkan di lemari es 2 jam sblm dikonsum. Refrigerated for 2 hours before consume.
7. Sajikan dingin dgn taburan. Serve cold with topping.
