DAGING SAPI GORENG SAUS TELUS ASIN – FRIED BEEF with SALTED EGG SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
400 gr daging sapi lulur luar/gandik, iris tipis dan pukul. 400 gr sirloin, finely slice and poke.
1 btr telur. 1 pcs egg.
20 lbr daun kare. 20 pcs curry leaf
30 gr tepung terigu. 30 gr flour.
30 gr tepung maizena. 30 gr corn flour.
20 gr tepung beras. 20 gr rice flour.

Bumbu perendam/marinade:
1 sdm nanas parut. 1 tbsp grates pineapple.
4 siung bawang putih, parut. 4 cloves grated garlic.
½ sdt jahe bubuk. ½ tsp ginger powder.
½ sdt ngohiong bubuk. ½ tsp five spices powder.
1 sdm kecap raja rasa. 1 tbsp raja rasa soy sauce
2 sdm kecap asin. 2 tbsp soy sauce.
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp pepper powder
½ sdt ketumbar bubuk. ½ tsp coriander powder.
2 sdt madu. 2 tsp honey.

Taburan/topping:
Biji wijen sangrai. Roasted sesame seed
Paprika merah secukupnya, potong kotak kecil. Some red bell pepper, cut small square

Bahan saus/sauce ingredients:
3 sdm mentega tawar. 3 tbsp unsalted butter.
4 btr kuning telur asin rebus, hancurkan. 4 pcs boiled salted egg, ground.

Cara/method:
1. Campur bumbu perendam dan daging sapi. Mix and marinade beef.
2. Masukkan telur dan aduk rata, diamkan 30 menit di lemari es. Add egg and stir well, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Campur bahan tepung dan lumurkan pada daging berbumbu hingga rata. Mix the flour and cover well the beef.
4. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan satu per satu daging sapi dan goreng hingga keemasan, tiriskan. Head oil. Add one by one the beef and frying until golden, strain.
5. Membuat saus telor asin/how to cook salted egg sauce:
**Panaskan mentega, masukkan daun kare dan telur asin, aduk rata hingga lumer. Masukkan daging goreng aduk rata. Head butter, add curry leaf and salted egg, stir well until melted. Add fried beef, stir well.
**Letakkan diatas piring saji. Taburi biji wijen dan paprika. Place on dish. Sprinkle with sesame seed and red bell pepper.
