Nasi Bali – Balinese Rice

2. Urapan Kacang Panjang

Bahan/ingredients:
350 gr kacang panjang, iris dan rebus dgn air garam selama 2 menit, tiriskan. 350 gr long bean, slice and boiling with water & salt for 2 minute,strain.

Kelapa urapan/ Urapan coconut:
½ buah kelapa parut. ½ pcs grated coconut.
8 lbr daun jeruk, iris halus. 8 pcs lime leaves, finely slice.
4 buah bwg merah. 4 pcs shallot.
2 siung bwg putih. 2 cloves garlic.
1 buah cabe merah besar tanpa biji. 1 pcs red chili, seedless.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.

Cara/method:
1. Campur bahan kelapa urapan dan kukus 10 menit. Campur kelapa urapan. Mix all urapan coconut ingredients and steam for 10 minutes.
2. Campur kacang panjang dan kelapa. Mix long bean and coconut.

5. Sambal Matah.
Bahan/ingredients:
20 buah bwg merah, iris. 20 pcs shallot, slice
5 buah cabe rawit merah iris. 5 pcs red chili padi, slice
1 btg sereh, iris bag putihnya. 1 stalk lemongrass, slice the white part.
2 buah jeruk limau. 2 pcs lime.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.
2 sdm minyak kelapa. 2 tbsp coconut oil.

Cara/method:
Panaskan minyak kelapa, masukkan semua bahan kecuali jeruk limau. Tumis sebentar, masukkan air jeruk limau dan aduk. Head coconut oil, add all ingredients except lime. Saute a while, add lime juice and stir.
