Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr kacang tolo, cuci. 100 gr kacang tolo, wash.
3 sdm terigu. 3 tbsp flour.
1 butir telur kampung. 1 pcs farmer egg.
1 daun bwg, iris tipis. 1 stalk scallion, finely slice.
1 sdm bwg putih goreng, haluskan. 1 tbsp fried shallot, ground.
1 sdm bwg merah goreng, haluskan. 1 tbsp fried garlic, ground.
1 sdt garam. 1 tsp salt.
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ sdt pepper powder.
½ sdt ketumbar bubuk. ½ sdt coriander powder.
Minyak utk menggoreng.oil for deep fry.

Cara/methods:
1. Rebus kacang tolo selama 15 menit. Hancurkan kasar. Boiling kacang tolo for 15 minutes. Roughly ground.
2. Panaskan minyak. Head oil.
3. Aduk semua bahan lento, bentuk bola dan goreng hingga kecoklatan. Mixed well all Lento ingredients, make a ball and frying until golden brown.
