Sifon Pandan Tepung Beras – Pandan Rice Flour Chiffon Cake

SIFON PANDAN TEPUNG BERAS – PANDAN RICE FLOUR CHIFFON CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
6 butir telur. 6 pcs egg.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
100 gr gula pasir. 100 gr granulate sugar.
110 gr tepung beras. 110 gr rice flour.
60 ml minyak canola. 60 ml canola oil.
120 ml santan. 120 ml coconut milk.
1 sdt pasta pandan. 1 tsp pandan paste.
1 sdm coklat bubuk. 1 tbsp cocoa.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 180C. Preheat oven 180C.
2. Campur dan ayak tepung dan garam, sisihkan. Mix and sift flour and salt, set aside.
3. Mixer putih telur dgn kecepatan tinggi hingga mengembang dan kaku. Sisihkan. (2 menit dgn KitchenAid). Beat white egg with mixer high speed until fluffy and stiff. Set aside.(2 minutes using KitchenAid)
4. Kocok dgn kecepatan tinggi kuning telur dan gula pasir hingga mengembang, (2 menit dgn KitchenAid). Beat with high speed egg yolks and granulated sugar until fluffy (2 minutes using KitchenAid)
5. Kocok dgn kecepatan rendah, masukkan campuran tepung dan minyak canola bergantian, masukkan campuran santan dan pasta pandan. Aduk rata spy tdk menggumpal dan tercampur rata. Set mixer to slow speed, add while alternating flour and canola oil, add coconut milk and pandan paste mixture. Stir until the dough does not clot and blended.
6. Masukkan dan aduk dgn whisk bertahap putih telur ke adonan kuning telur. Add and stir well with whisk white egg into egg yolk mixture
7. Ambil 3 sdm adonan campur dgn coklat bubuk utk membuat motif. Take 3 tbsp batter and mix with cocoa for do motif.
8. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang sifon 20 inch dan buat motif. Dan oven selama 40 menit. Pour into chiffon pan 20 inch and do motif. Bake for 40 minutes.
9. Keluarkan loyang dr oven dan balik loyang diatas botol hingga cake dingin (3 jam) Keluarkan cake dr loyang dan iris. Take out the pan from oven and turning the pan over bottle dan leave to cool(3 jam).Remove cake from pan and slice.
