Bubur Daging Sapi – Beef Porridge

BUBUR DAGING SAPI – BEEF PORRIDGE

Bahan/ingredients:
1 cup beras, cuci dan rendam semalam. 1 cup rice, wash and lets stand for a nite.
1500 ml air panas. 1500 ml hot water.
1 lbr daun salam. 1 pcs indonesian bayleaf.
1 iris lengkuas. 1 slices galangal.
2 iris jahe. 2slices ginger.
1 cm kencur. 1 cm fragrant ginger.
1 btg sereh, keprak. 1 stalk lemongrass, crust.
Garam dan lada secukupnya.
½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp minyak wijen.

Bumbu utk daging/beef marinade:
200 gr daging sapi, iris. 200 gr beef, slice.
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper
1 sdm tpg sagu. 1 tbsp corn strach.

Pelengkap/complimentary:
Bwg daun, iris. Scallion, slice.
Daun ketunbar. Cilantro.
Sambal.
Udang rebon (di oven). Shrimp Rebon (baked)
Telor asin. Salty egg.
Acar Rebung (dr Taiwan). Preserve Bamboo shoot (from Taiwan)

Cara/method:
1. Letakkan bahan bubur dlm slowcooker. Tuang air panas, setting di high (selama 3 jam). Enter all ingredients or porriage on slowcooker. Pour with hot water, setting high. (around 3 hours)
2. Bumbui daging sapi dan balur tipis dgn tpg sagu. Diamkan 30 menit. Marinate beef and finely cover with corn strach.
3. Aduk bubur dan masukkan daging, diamkan 15 menit sebelum dihidangkan.. Stir the porriage and add the beef, lets stand for 15 minutes before serving.
4.Sajikan bubur panas dlm mangkuk dan taburi dgn pelengkap. Serve hot the porriage on a bowl and sprinkle with the complimentary.
