Bakmi Goreng Bakso Sapi – Beef Meatball Fried Noodle

Bahan/ingredients:
20 butir bakso sapi, iris. 20 pcs beef meatball, slice.
300 gr mie basah, rebus dan tiriskan. 300 gr fresh noodle, boiling and strain.
1 ikat sawi hijau, cuci dan potong 2 cm. A bundle of green mustard, wash and cut 2 cm.
2 btr telur bebek, kocok. 2 pcs duck egg, beat.
3 sdm minyak sayur. 3 tbsp veggie oil.
½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp sesame oil.
4 siung bawang putih, cincang. 4 cloves garlic, chop.

Bumbu/seasoning:
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
½ sdm kecap ikan. ½ tbsp fish sauce.
½ sdm kecap raja rasa. ½ tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
½ sdm kecap cap jamur. ½ tbsp mushroom soy sauce.
1 sdm kecap manis. 1 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce.
½ sdt lada bubuk. ½ tsp powdered pepper.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak sayur dan minyak wijen, masukkan bwg putih, tumis hingga harum. Heat veggie oil and sesame oil, add garlic, saute until fragrant.
2. Masukkan bakso dan batang sawi, tumis 1 menit. Masukkan telur kocok diamkan sebentar dan aduk. Add meatball and green mustard stem, saute for a minute. Add beaten egg, let stand for a while and stirring.
3. Masukkan mie, daun sawi dan bumbu, aduk rata. Add noodle, green mustard leaves and seasoning, stir well.
4. Sajikan panas dgn acar cabe. Serve hot with chili preserved.
