Caesar Salad

🥗 CAESAR SALAD 🥗

Bahan/ingredients:
2 bongkah sayur romain, cuci, tiriskan dan potong. 2 bundles of romaine, wash, strain and cut.
Paprika merah iris secukupnya. Some red bellpepper, slice.
Telur rebus. Boiling egg.
Parmesan serut. Grated parmesan.

Roti bawang/croton:
4 iris roti rawar. 4 slices toast bread.
3 sdm mentega. 2 tbsp butter.
3 siung bwg putih parut halus. 3 cloves garlic, finely grated.
½ sdt parsley kering. ½ tsp dried parsley.

Bahan saus/dressing ingredients:
6 siung bawang putih, hancurkan dan cincang halus. 6 cloves garlic, crushed and minced.
1 sdt mustard butir. Haluskan. 1 tsp mustard seed, ground.
Garam laut dan lada hitam hancur kasar secukupnya. Some salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3 sdm mayones. 3 tbsp mayonnaise.
3 sdm minyak olive. 3 tbsp olive oil.
Air lemon secukupnya, utk perasa segar. Lemon juice secukupnya, for seasoning.
Teri kaleng cincang secukupnya.(boleh di skip) Some Minced anchovy fillets can. (optional).

Cara/method:
1. Campur rata semua bahan saus. Mix well all dressing ingredients.
2. Campur saus dgn selada romain. Mix dressing with romaine.
3. Campur mentega, bwg putih dan parsley. Oles roti dgn campuran mentega dikedua sisi, potong dan oven 200C selama 10 menit. Mix butter, garlic and parsley. Spread it on two sides of the toast, cut to squares and oven for 10 minutes in 200C
4. Sajikan dgn roti kering/roti bawang, telur rebus dan pilihan anda. Serving with croton/garlic bread, boiled egg and topping your desire.
