Tumis Kapri dan Daging Sapi – Sauteed Snow Pea and Beef

Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr daging sapi, iris tipis. 100 gr beef, finely slice.
Bumbu perendam daging sapi/beef marinate:
1 sdt kecap asin. 1 tsp soy sauce.
1 sdt kecap raja rasa. 1 tsp raha rasa soy sauce.
Lada hitam bubuk secukupnya. Some ground black pepper.
1 sdm tepung sagu. 1 tbsp cornstarch.

8 iris paprika merah. 8 slices red bellpepper.
150 gr kapri. 150 gr snow pea..
Segenggam jamur hitam kering, rendam dan potong. A hand full of black mushroom, soak and slice.
2 sdt kecap asin. 2 tsp soy sauce.
1 sdt kecap raja rasa. 1 tap raja rasa soy sauce.
Lada bubuk secukupnya. Some powdered pepper.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.
3 siung bwg putih, cincang. 3 cloves garlic, chop.

Cara/method:
1. Bumbui daging sapi dan balur dgn tpg sagu, diamkan 20 menit. Marinate beef and coating with cornstarch, let stabd for 20 minutes.
2. Rebus sebentar kapri dan tiriskan.(sekitar 30 detik) Boiling a while snowpea and strain. (Around 30 second)
3. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwg putih, tumis hingga harum, masukkan daging sapi dan tumis hingga berubah warna. Heat oil, add garlic, saute until fragrant, add the beef and saute until changing color.
4. Masukkan kapri, jamur hitam, paprika, kecap asin dan kecap raja rasa, tumis 3 menit. Add snowpea, black mushroom, red bellpepper, soy sauce and raja rasa soy sauce, saute for 3 minutes.
5. Siap disajikan panas. Ready to serve hot.
