Pangsit Ayam dan Udang – Chicken and Shrimp Wonton

Bahan pangsit/ wonton ingredients:
20 lbr kulit pangsit. 20 pcs wonton sheet.
100 gr ayam giling. 100 gr minced chicken.
50 gr udang kupas ukuran kecil.  50 gr peeled shrimp small size.

Bumbu/seasoning:
1 sdt kecap asin. 1 tsp soy sauce.
1 sdt kecap ikan. 1 tsp fish sauce.
1 sdt kecap raja rasa. 1 tsp raja rasa soy sauce.
Lada bubuk secukupnya. Some powdered pepper.
1 sdt bwg putih bubuk. 1 tsp powdered garlic. (jay’s)
½ sdt minyak wijen. ½ tsp sesame oil.

Sup kaldu ayam/chicken broth soup:
2000 ml kaldu ayam. 2000 ml chicken broth.
4 siung bawang putih, keprak. 4 cloves garlic, crust.
1 cm jahe, keprak. 1 cm ginger, crust.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.

Pelengkap/condiment:
Sawi hijau rebus. Boiled green mustard.
Sambal.
Bawang daun secukupnya. Some scallion.
Bawang putih goreng secukupnya. Some fried garlic.
Tong cai secukupnya. Some dried preserved radish.

Cara/method:
1. Campur ayam giling, udang dan bumbu. Dan bungkus dgn kulit pangsit. Mix well minced chicken, shrimp and seasoning. And wrapped with wonton sheet.
2. Rebus air dan beri minyak secukupnya, masukkan pangsit dan rebus hingga pangsit mengambang, angkat dan tiriskan. Boiling water and add some oil, add wonton and boiling until the wonton floating, lift up and strain.
3. Sajikan pangsit dgn kuah ayam panas dan pelengkap. Serving wonton with hot chicken broth and condiment.
