Tumis Hijiki – Sauted Hijiki

TUMIS HIJIKI – SAUTED HIJIKI

Bahan/ingredients:
15 gr hijiki kering, rendam selama 20 menit dan tiriskan. 15 gr dried hijiki, soak on water for 20 minutes and strain.
75 gr kacang polong beku. 75 gr frozen green beans.
40 gr paprika merah potong kecil. 40 gr small cut red bell pepper.
45 gr wortel potong korek api. 45 gr julienned carrot.
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus. 2 cloves garlic, finely chop.
½ sdm kecap kikkoman. ½ tbsp kikkoman soy sauce.
½ sdm mirin. ½ tbsp mirin.
Lada bubuk secukupnya. Some powdered pepper.
1 sdm minyak sayur. 1 tbsp veggie oil.
½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp sesame oil.

Ca ra/method:
1. Panaskan minyak sayur dan minyak wijen. Masukkan bawang putih, tumis hingga harum. Heat veggie oil and sesame oil. Add garlic, saute until fragrant.
2. Masukkan wortel dan kacang polong, tumis 2 menit, masukkan hijiki, paprika dan bumbu, tumis 3 menit. Add carrot and green beans saute for 2 minutes, add Hijiki, bell pepper and seasoning, saute for 3 minutes.
3. Siap disajikan dgn nasi hangat. Ready to serve with warm rice.
