Sup Miso – Miso Soup – Miso Shiro

SUP MISO – MISO SOUP – MISO SHIRO

Bahan/ingredient:
100 gr pasta miso. 100 gr miso paste.
15 cm konbu(rumput laut tebal kering. 15 cm dried konbu(thick seaweed)

10 gr kaldu ikan jepang. 10 gr dashi/japanese fish stock powder.

1500 ml air. 1500 ml water.
1 pak tahu sutra, potong kotak kecil. 1 pack silken tofu, cut small cube,
20 gr wakame (rumput laut tipis kering), potong. 20 gr wakame(dried thin seaweed), cut.

1 btg bawang daun, iris. 1 stalks spring onion, slice.

Cara/method:
1. Rebus air, masukkan konbu masak dgn api kecil selama 15 menit. Boiling water, add konbu, seamer for 15 minutes.
2. Masukkan pasta miso dan dashi, aduk hingga miso larut. Add miso paste and dashi, stirring until miso paste blend.
3. Masukkan wakame dan tahu. Add wakame and tofu.
4. Sajikan sup miso panas dgn taburan bawang daun. Serve hot miso soup sprinkle with spring onion
