Tofu Shrimp with Avocado Salad

TOFU SHRIMP with AVOCADO SALAD

Bahan/ingredients:
1 pak tahu sutra, potong 4. 1 pak silken tofu, cut on 4.
½ buah alpukat mentega (½ matang). ½ pcs buttery avocado (half ripe).
4 ekor udang kupas rebus. 4 pcs boiled shrimp skinless.
Paprika dipotong kecil secukupnya. Some tiny cut of bell pepper.
Daun Mint secukupnya. Some mint leave

Saus/Dressing:
1 sdt air lemon. 1 sdt lemon juice.
Garam laut secukupnya. Some sea salt.
Lada hitam tumbuk kasar secukupnya. Some coarse grind black pepper.
1 tap madu.1 tsp honey.

Cara/method:
1. Hancurkan kasar alpukat. Roughly crush avocado.
3. Campur dan aduk rata dgn saus, alpukat dan paprika. Mix well the dressing sauce with avocado and bell pepper..
4. Tata tahu diatas piring saji. Letakkan alpukat diatas tahu, daun mint dan udang rebus. Serve tofu on plate. Add avocado on tofu, mint leave and boiled shrimp.
5. Simpan di lemari es. enak dimakan di dingin. Better serve cold.
