Nasi Goreng XO – XO Fried Rice

NASI GORENG XO – XO FRIED RICE

Bahan/ingredients:
4 porsi nasi. 4 portion rice.
50 gr kacang polong beku. 50 gr frozen green beans.
¼ buah paprika orange, potong kotak kecil. ¼ orange bell pepper, small cut square.
1 btg bwg daun, iris. 1 stalks spring onion, slice.
100 gr daging dada ayam. 100 gr chicken breast.
12 ekor udang kupas rebus. 12 pcs boilled skinless shrimp.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.
1 sdm minyak sayur. 1 tbsp veggie oil.
2 btr telur ayam kampung, kocok lepas. 3 pcs farmer egg, beaten.
3 sdm saus XO. 3 tbsp XO sauce.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan daging ayam dan udang aduk hingga ayam berubah warna, masukkan sauce XO dan nasi, aduk rata.heat veggie pil, add chicken and shrimp, stir well until the chicken changing color.
2. Masukkan kacang polong, paprika dan bwg daun. Tambahkan garam secukupnya, aduk rata. Add green beans, bell pepper and spring onions. Add some salt, stir well.
3. Siap disajikan dgn pelengkap. Ready to serve with the condiment.
