Udang Oven Sambal Merah – Baked Prawn Red Sambal

Bahan/ingredients:
6 ekor udang pancet besar. 6 pcs pancet prawn big size.
1 buah jeruk limau. 1 pcs lime.

Sambal:
½ sdm cabe merah halus. ½ tbsp ground red chili.
2 buah cabe rawit merah. 2 pcs red chili padi.
4 buah bawang merah. 4 pcs shallot.
2 siung bawang putih. 2 cloves garlic.
¼ sdt terasi sangrai. ¼ tsp roasted shrimp paste.
½ sdt gula merah. ½ tsp brown sugar.
Sejumput jintan hitam bubuk. A pitch of ground black caraway.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.

Cara/method:
1. Goreng ½ matang bawang merah dan bawang putih. Half fried shallot and garlic.
2. Haluskan bersama bahan sambal. Ground with other sambal ingredients.
3. Belah punggung udang. Split the shrimp back.
4. Lumurkan sambal di punggung udang dan diamkan di lemari es selama 1 jam. Spread the sambal on shrimp back and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Masukkan udang ke airfryer dan proses dgn suhu 180C selama 10 menit. Place the shrimp on airfryer and process with temperature 180C for 10 minutes.
6. Letakkan udang diatas piring saji dan kucuri dgn air jeruk limau sebelum disajikan. Place baked shrimp on dish and sprinkle with lime juice.
