Tumis Labu Siam – Sauteed Squash

TUMIS LABU SIAM(MANISA) – SAUTEED SQUASH

Bahan/ingredients:
1 buah labu siam, iris korek api. 1 pcs squash, julienne.
20 ekor udang kupas, rebus 1 menit. 20 pcs skinless shrimp, boiling 1 minute.
5 buah tahu kecil, potong dan goreng ½ matang. 5 pcs small size, cut and half fried.
3 buah bawang merah, iris. 3 pcs shallot, slice.
2 siung bawang putih, iris. 2 cloves garlic, slice.
1 buah cabe merah tanpa biji, iris korek api. 1 pcs red chili seedless, julienne.
100 ml kaldu ayam. 100 ml chicken broth.
1 sdm minyak sayur. 1 tbsp veggie oil.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.

Cara/method:
1. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan labu siam, tahu dan kaldu ayam, masak hingga labu layu. Saute shallot and garlic until fragrant, add squash, tofu and chicken broth, cook until squash withered.
2. Masukkan udang, cabe, garam dan lada. Masak 1 menit san siap dihidangkan. Add the shrimp, red chili, salt and pepper, cook for 1 minute and ready to serve.
