Tempe Saus Telur Asin – Tempeh with Salted Egg Sauce

TEMPE SAUS TELUR ASIN – TEMPEH WITH SALTED EGG SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
1 bkgs kripik tempe. 1 pack tempeh crackers. (250 gr)
2 sdm mentega tawar. 2 tbsp unsalted butter.
3 siung bwg putih cincang halus. 3 cloves of garlic, finely chop.
3 butir kuning telur asin matang, hancurkan. 3 pcs boiled salted egg yolk, mashed.
Daun bwg utk taburan. Some scallion.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.

Cara/method:
1. Lumerkan mentega di wajan, tumis bwg putih hingga kuning. Melting butter on wok, saute garlic until golden.
2. Masukkan kuning telur asin.  Aduk hingga lumer dan beri lada. Add salted egg yolk. Stir until melting and add some pepper.
3. Masukkan kripik tempe dan aduk rata. Add tempeh crackers and stir well.
4. Pindahkan ke piring saji dan taburi daun bawang. Place on dish and sprinkle with scallion.
