Pepes Sumsum Sapi – Beef Bone Marrow Wrapped in Banana Leaf

PEPES SUMSUM SAPI BEEF BONE MARROW WRAPPED IN BANANA LEAF

Bahan/ingredients:
2 pak sumsum sapi, cuci dan potong kecil. 2 pack beef bone marrow, wash and small cut (@200gr/pack)
4 buah bawang merah. 4 pcs shallot.
2 siung bawang putih. 2 cloves garlic.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
Daun pisang utk membungkus. Banana leaf for wrapping.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan kukusan dan lap daun pisang, sisihkan. Preheat steamer and wiping banana leaf, set aside.
2. Campur sumsum dan bumbu. Combine bone marrow and seasoning.
3. Bungkus dgn daun pisang dan kukus selama 30 menit. Wrapping with banana leaf and steam for 30 minutes.
