Cumi Panggang Pedas ala Korea – Spicy Korean Grilled Squid

CUMI PANGGANG PEDAS ALA KOREA – SPICY KOREAN GRILLED CHICKEN

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ekor cumi ukuran besar.1 pcs squid big size (250-300 gr)
Bumbu/seasoning:
40 gr gochujang. 40 gr korean chili paste.
4 siung bawang putih cincang. 4 cloves chopped garlic.
1 sdt mustard. 1 tsp mustard.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
½ sdm madu. ½ tbsp honey. (Tropicana)

Cara/method:
1. Cuci, kupas kulit cumi dan keluarkan tulang cumi. Wash, pell out squid skin and take out the bone.
2. Gurat cumi dgn pisau. Scratch squid with knife.
3. Campur semua bahan bumbu dan balur kan pada cumi. Diamkan 30 menit. Combine all seasoning ingredients and marinate squid. Lets stand for 30 minutes.
4. Panggang cumi dan siap disajikan panas. Grilled squid and ready to serve hot.
