TUMIS KUE TALAS SAUS XO – SAUTEED TARO CAKE WITH XO SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
50 gr toge. 50 gr bean sprout.
25 gr kucai, potong 2 cm. 25 gr chives, cut 2 cm.
1 btr telur, kocok lepas. 1 beaten egg.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.
1 sdt minyak wijen. 1 tsp sesame oil.
1 sdm saus XO. 1 tbsp XO sauce.

100 gr kue talas yg sdh di goreng dgn sedikit minyak, potong dadu. 100 gr pan seared taro cake, cut cube.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak sayur. Masukkan telur buat orak arik dan sisihkan. Heat 1 tbsp veggie oil. Add beaten egg, make scramble and set aside.
2. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak sayur dan 1 sdt minyak wijen, masukkan kue talas, saus XO, aduk rata, masukkan telur, toge dan kucai, aduk. Heat 1 tbsp veggie oil and 1 tsp sesame oil, add taro cake, XO sauce, stir well, add the egg, bean sprout and chives, stir.
3. Sajikan panas diatas piring saji. Serve hot on dish.
