Po Chai Dgn Jamur Saus Tiram – Po Chai with Mushroom Oyster Sauce

PO CHAI DGN JAMUR SAUS TIRAM – POCHAI WITH MUSHROOM OYSTER SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
12 buah po chai, cuci, rebus dan tiriskan. 12 pcs po chai, wash, boiling and strain.
4 buah jamur shiitake kering, rendam dan potong 4 bagian. 4 pcs dried shiitake mushroom, soak and cut on 4 part.
3 siung bawang putih, cincang. 3 cloves garlic, chop.
1 sdm saus tiram. 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
2 sdt kecap asin. 2 tsp soy sauce.
Lada hitam secukupnya. Some black pepper.
50 ml air panas. 50 ml hot water.
½ sdm tepung maizena + 2 sdm air, utk pengental. ½ tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water, for thickener.
½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp sesame oil.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak wijen, tumis bwg putih hingga harum. Heat sesame oil, saute garlic until fragrant.
2. Masukkan jamur, saus tiram, kecap asin dan lada, aduk. Add mushroom, oyster sauce, soy sauce and pepper, stir.
3. Masukkan air panas dan biarkan mendidih, masukkan pengental, aduk hingga mengental. Add jot water and lets boiling, add thickener, stir until thick.
4. Letakkan sayur diatas piring dan tuang saus diatasnya. Sajikan panas. Place veggi on dish and pour the sauce on top. Serve hot.
