Ayam Bakar Madu – Grilled Honey Chicken


AYAM BAKAR MADU – GRILLED HONEY CHICKEN

Bahan/ingredients:
4 potong paha tanpa tulang. 4 pcs boneless chicken thigh.

Bumbu/seasoning:
8 buah bawang merah. 8 pcs shallot.
5 siung bawang putih. 5 cloves garlic.
2 buah kemiri. 2 pcs candlenut.
2 sdt ketumbar bubuk. 2 tsp coriander powder.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp pepper powder.
½ sdm gula merah. ½ tsp brown sugar.
¼ buah pala. ¼ pcs nutmeg.

Olesan/glazing:
2 sdm madu. 2 tbsp honey.
1 sdm kecap manis. 1 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce.
½ sdm tabasco. ½ tbsp tabasco.

Cara/method:
1. Haluskan bumbu dan lumuri ayam dgn bumbu halus. Diamkan 2 jam di lemari es. Ground seasoning and marinate chicken. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Campur bahan olesan. Combine glazing ingredients.
3. Masukkan ayam di air fryer dan proses dgn suhu 160C selama 15 menit. Add the chicken in air fryer and process with temperature 160C for 15 minutes.
4. Oles ke 2 sisi ayam dgn bahan olesan dan proces lagi selama 3 menit suhu 200C
tiap sisi ayam. Smear 2 side of chicken with glazing ingredients and process again for 3 minutes for 200C each side of chicken.
5. Sajikan dgn nasi putih dan sambal korek. Serve with rice and sambal korek.
