Tumis Kangkung Ikan Asin – Sauteed Morning Glory w/ Salted Fish


TUMIS KANGKUNG IKAN ASIN- SAUTEED MORNING GLORY W/ SALTED FISH

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ikat kangkung, petik dan cuci bersih dgn air garam, diamkan 15 menit dan bilas 2x. 1 bunch of morning glory, pick and wash with brine, let stand 15 minutes and rinse 2x.
3 buah bawang merah, iris. 3 pcs of shallot, slice.
2 siung bawang putih, itis. 2 cloves of garlic, slice.
5 buah tomat cherry, belah 2. 5 pcs cherry tomatoes, cut on 2.
½ buah cabe merah besar, iris korek api. ½ pcs red chili, julienne.
1 sdt kecap maggi. 1 tsp maggi soy sauce.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
20 ml air panas. 20 ml hot water.
20 gr jambal roti, rendam air panas dan iris. 20 gr jambal salted fish, soak on hot water and slice.
1 sdm minyak sayur. 1 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah dan putih hingga harum. Heat oil, saute shallot and garlic until fragrant.
2. Masukkan ikan asin, tumis 1 menit. Masukkan potongan tomat dan cabe, aduk rata, masukkan kangkung, kecap, garam dan lada, aduk rata, tambahkan air panas, aduk. Add salted fish, saute for 1 minute. Add tomato and chili, stir well, add morning glory, soy sauce, salt and pepper, stir well, add the hot water, stir.
3. Pindahkan ke piring saji. Place on serving dish.
