Chinese Steamboat and Hiyayakko

CHINESE STEAMBOAT

Bahan/ingredients:
2 pak daging sapi sukiyaki. 2 pack beef sukiyaki.
300 gr sawi putih, potong. 300 gr chinese cabbage, cut.
1 pak jamur enoki, potong akarnya. 1 pak enoki mushroom, cut off the root.
1 pak jamur shimeji, potong akarnya. 1 pack shimeji mushroom, cut off the root.
3 bongkah sawi daging. 3 bulbs of collards meat.
6 buah jamur shiitake segar, 6 pcs fresh shiitake.
Telur ayam kampung sesuai selera. Farmer egg as your desire.

Pelengkap/condiment:
Kecap asin secukupnya. Some soy sauce.
Daun bawang secukupnya. Some scallion.
Bawang putih cincang secukupnya. Some chopped garlic.
Cabe rawit iris secukupnya. Some slices cayenne.
Nasi putih. Rice

Kaldu ayam/chicken stock:
1000 gr tulang ayam. 1000 gr chicken bone.
2 batang daun bawang, potong dan ikat. 2 stalks of spring onion, cut and tide.
3 batang seledri, ikat. 3 stalks of celery, tide.
1 buah wortel besar, kupas dan potong. 1 pcs or carrot big size, pell and cut.
2000 ml air mendidih. 2000 ml hot water.
5 buah kurma merah china. 5 pcs chinese red date.
1 sdm kichi/goji berry. 1 tbsp kichi/goji berry.
1 bongkah bawang putih kupas. 1 bulb of skinless garlic.
2 sdt lada hitam biji. 2 tsp of black pepper corn.
Garam secukupnya. Some salt.

Cara/method:
1. Masukkan kichi, lada hitam dan bawang putih ke dalam kantung bumbu. Insert goji berry, black peppercorn and garlic inti herbs bag.
2. Masukkan semua bahan kaldu ke dalam panci slow cooker dan poses selama 8-10 jam kecuali garam. Insert all broth ingredients into slow cooker pot and process fo 8-10 hour except salt.

3. Saring dan pindahkan kaldu ayam kedalam panci dan didihkan, masukkan garam dan uji rasa. Masukkan semua bahan shabu terakhir masukkan daging. Strain and move the chicken stock to the pan and bring to a boil, add salt and taste test. Enter all ingredients of last meth add the meat.
4. Siap di santap bersama pelengkap. Ready to eat with complementary.

Note:
Sajikan makanan pembuka Hiyayakko/tahu dingin sebelum steamboat matang. Serving Hiyayakko/cold tofu for appitizer before steamboat cook.
