Bakso Tahu Ikan – Tofu Fish Cake


BAKSO TAHU IKAN – TOFU FISH CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
200 gr daging ikan tenggiri (50% beku). 200 gr mackerel.(50% frozen)
40 gr tapioka. 40 gr tapioca.
1 sdm bawang putih goreng, 1 tbsp fried garlic.
1 sdm bawang merah goreng. 1 tbsp fried shallot.
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp pepper powder.
⅜ sdt garam. ⅜ tsp salt.
20 ml putih telur kampung dingin.20 ml cold farmer white egg.
30 ml air dingin. 30 ml cold water.
3 buah tahu putih besar, potong menjadi 10. 3 pcs white tofu big size, cut on 10 pcs.

Cara/method:
1. Campur semua bahan dan proses dengan food processor. Mix all the ingredients and process with food processor.
2. Simpan di freezer selama 30 menit dgn kondisi wadah tertutup. Freeze in an enclosed box for 30 minutes
3. Buat lubang pada tahu seperti foto. Make a hole in tofu like a photo.

4. Isi lubang dengan 2 sdt bahan bakso ikan dan ratakan. Fill the hole with 2 tsp of fish cakes dough and flatten.

5. Buat lubang pada bakso ikan dan isi dgn kuning telur. Make a hole in fish cakes and fill with yolk.

6. Panaskan kukusan dan kukus bakso tahu ikan selama 25 menit. Heat the steamed and steamed tofu fish cake for 25 minutes.

7. Bakso Tahu Ikan siap disajikan dgn bakso ikan or bakso lainnya. Tofu fish cake ready to serve with fish balls or other balls.
