Tumis SEI Bawang Bombay – Sauteed SEI Onion


TUMIS SEI BAWANG BOMBAY – SAUTEED SEI ONION

Bahan/ingredients:
300 gr SEI (babi asap), iris. 300 gr SEI(smoked pork), slice.
1 buah bawang bombay, iris. 1 pcs onion, slice.
2 siung bawang putih, iris. 2 cloves of garlic, slice.
3 buah bawang merah, iris. 3 pcs shallot, slice.
½ sdm saus tiram. ½ tbsp oyster sauce.
Lada hitam kasar secukupnya. Some coarse black pepper.
5 buah cabe kering, buang biji, potong dan rendam dalam air. 5 pcs of dried chili, seedless, cut and soak on water.
1 sdm minyak sayur. 1 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah dan putih hingga harum, masukkan bawang bombay dan cabe. Heat oil, saute shallot dan garlic until fragrant, add onion and chili.
2. Masukkan SEI, saus tiram dan lada, aduk rata. Add SEI, oyster sauce and pepper. Stir well.
3. Sajikan dgn nasi panas. Serving with hot rice.
