Acar Cabe – Pickled Chili


ACAR CABE – PICKLED CHILI

Bahan/ingredients:
5 buah cabe jalapeno hijau segar, iris. 5 pcs fresh green jalapeno chili, slice.
5 buah cabe merah besar, iris. 3 pcs of red capsicum annuum L, slice.
400 ml air mineral. 400 ml mineral water.
¼ sdt garam. ¼ tsp salt.
75 gr gula pasir. 75 gr granulated sugar.
30 ml cuka apple. 30 ml apple vinegar. HEINS

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan air bersama gula dan garam. Boiling water with sugar and salt.
2. Matikan kompor. Masukkan cabe dan cuka, aduk dan tutup pancinya. Switch off the stove. Add chili and vinegar, stir and cover the pan.
3. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara dan taruh di lemari es. Store in an airtight container and place it in the refrigerator.
