Kukis Keju Premium – Premium Kaastengels


KUKIS KEJU PREMIUM – PREMIUM KAASTENGELS

Bahan/ingredients:
300 gr margarin tawar. 300 gr unsalted margarine. (Blue Band)
175 gr mentega tawar. 175 gr unsalted butter.(Wijsman)
3 butir kuning telur. 3 pcs egg yolk.
475 gr Tepung terigu. 475 gr cake flour (kunci biru)
25 gr maizena. 25 gr corn flour.
30 gr susu bubuk. 30 gr milk powder.
250 gr Keju Edam/Gouda, di parut. 250 gr edam cheese/gouda, grated.
100 gr parmesan bubuk. 100 gr ground parmesan
150 gr Keju Cheddar parut untuk taburan. 150 gr grated cheddar cheese for topping. (Kraft)
2 btr kuning telur, kocok lepas untuk olesan. 2 pcs beaten egg yolk for glazing
½ sdt Garam. ½ tsp salt.

Cara/methods:
1. Ayak tepung terigu, maizena, susu dan garam, campur dgn keju edam dan parmesan, sisihkan. Sift flour, corn flour, milk and salt, combine with edam and parmesan cheese, set aside.
2. Kocok kecepatan sedang mentega dan margarin, masukkan kuning telur satu persatu. Kocok adonan sampai lembut. (Kecepatan level 4 dgn KitchenAid). Mixer medium speech butter and margarine, add egg yolks one by one. Mixer until soften. (Speed 4 with KitchenAid)


3. Lanjutkan mixer sambil, tuang bahan kering bertahap. (Kecepatan level 1). Continue the mixer while pouring dry ingredients gradually. (Speed ​​level 1).
4. Pindahkan adonan diatas meja dan uleni 3 menit dgn tangan. Bungkus adonan dengan aluminium foil dan simpan di lemari es selama 30 menit. Move the dough over the table and knead it for 3 minutes with your hands. Wrap the mixture with aluminum foil and store it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5. Keluarkan adonan dgn lemari es dan tipiskan dengan rolling dgn ketebalan 1½ cm, dan bentuk sesuai selera. Remove the mixture with the refrigerator and thin it with rolling with a thickness of 1½ cm, and shape ad your desire.
6. Panaskan oven 150-160C. (Aku pakai oven Kirin 60lt disuhu 150C). Preheat oven 150-160C (I use Kirin Oven 60ltr on temperature 150C)
7. Oles dgn kuning telur dan taburi keju cheddar. Dan pindahkan ke loyang yg sudah dioles dengan mentega dan ditaburi tepung. Rub with egg yolks and sprinkle cheddar cheese. And move it to a baking dish that has been smeared with butter and dusting with flour.

8. Panggang selama 20-25 menit atau hingga Keemasan. (Sesuaikan dengan oven anda) Baking for 20-25minutes or until golden. (Adjust with your oven)

Note:
Utk taburan pakai keju Kraft Cheddar saja. Aku pakai Gouda Cheddar ternyata meleleh dan menyatu. For sprinkling, use Kraft cheddar cheese only. I used Gouda Cheddar to melt and blend
