Bakso Babi – Pork Ball


BAKSO BABI – PORK BALL

Bahan/ingredients:
500 gr daging babi, potong kecil2. 500 gr pork, tiny cut.
125 gr tepung bakso. 125 gr meatball flour. NILA SARI

200 gr es batu, hancurkan. 200 gr ice cube, crush.
5 gr jamur hitam, rendam dan cincang halus. 5 gr black mushroom, soak on water and finely chop.
Keju Quick Melt, potong dadu kecil 30 biji. Quick Melt cheese, small dice for 30 pcs. KRAF

Cara/method:
1. Proses daging babi, tepung bakso dan es batu dgn food processor dlm 3 bagian, kemudian campur dan uleni sebentar, simpan di frezer 30 menit. Process pork, meatballs flour and ice cubes with food processor in 3 parts, then mix and knead mfor a while, store in freezer 30 minutes.

2. Siapkan panci diisi dgn air es dan es batu. Prepare cold water and ice cube on a pan.
3. Keluarkan adonan bakso babi dan bagi adonan utk bakso polos, bakso jamur dan bakso keju, bentuk bakso menjadi bulatan seperti video dibawah ini/Take out the pork dough and seperate the dough for plain meatballs, mushroom meatballs and cheese meatballs, the shape of meatballs into a circle like the video below:

4. Setelah adonan telah selesai habis dibentuk, didihkan bakso hingga mengapung. Angkat bakso dan rendam dalam air dingin. After the dough has finished being formed, boil the meatball until it floats. Lift the meatball and soak in cold water.

5. Saring Air rebusan bakso, tambahkan tulang ayam or babi, 3 siung bawang putih geprak, garam dan lada secukupnya utk digunakan sebagai sup bakso. Drain boiled meatball water, add chicken bone or pork, 3 cloves crushed garlic , some salt and pepper to taste to be used as meatball soup.
