Roti Isi Coklat Tanpa Telur – Eggless Chocolate Filled Bread


ROTI ISI COKLAT TANPA TELUR – EGGLESS CHOCOLATE FILLED BREAD

Bahan/ingredients:
380 gr tepung tinggi protein. 380 gr high protein flour. Cakra Kembar.
40 gr tepung rendah protein. 40 gr low protein flour. kunci Biru.
50 gr mentega, suhu ruang. 50 gr butter, room temperature Anchor.
5 gr ragi instan. 5 gr instant yeast. Fermipan
20 gr susu bubuk. 20 gr full cream. Dancow
30 gr gula pasir (boleh ditambah). 30 gr granulated sugar (as your desire).
3 gr garam. 3 gr salt.
260 ml air mineral. 260 ml mineral water.
60 ml susu segar tawar. 60 ml plain fresh milk.

Bahan olesan/grease ingredients:
1 butir kuning telur. 1 pcs egg yolk.
2 sdm susu evaporate. 2 tbsp evaporated milk.
*Kocok lepas telur dan campur dgn susu. Beaten egg yolk and mix well with milk*

Isian/filling:
200 gr meses. 200 gr rice choco.

Cara/method:
1. Campur semua bahan kering dalam mangkuk mixer. Gunakan alat pengaduk untuk roti. Combine dried ingredients on a mixer bowl. Using bread tools.

2. Campur susu dan air. Masukkan bertahap ke campuran bahan kering, sambil diaduk dengan kecepatan sedang (speed 4 utk KitchenAid) selama 15 menit. Mix milk and water. Enter gradually into the dry matter mixture, while stirring at medium speed (speed 5 for KitchenAid) for 15 minutes.
3. Bulatkan adonan, letakkan dalam mangkuk dan tutup dengan plastik, biarkan selama 30 menit hingga mengembang. Round the dough and place it in a bowl and cover it with plastic and allow up to 30 minutes of expanding dough.
4. Pukul perlahan adonan agar angin keluar. Bagi 2 adonan, bulatkan dan istirahatkan 10 menit. Gently hit the dough to let the wind out. Divide 2 doughs, round and rest 10 minutes.

5. Pipihkan adonan dengan rolling kayu dan taburi coklat meses dan gulung. Flatten the dough with wood rolling and sprinkle chocolate rice and rolls.

6. Istirahatkan di dalam loyang dan tutup dgn plastik selama 60 menit. Rest inside the pan and cover with plastic for 60 minutes.

7. Panaskan oven 200 C selama 15 menit. Oles permukaan roti dgn bahan olesan dan panggang sekitar 30-35 menit gunakan api atas dan bawah. Preheat oven 200 C for 15 minutes. Rub the surface of the loaf and bake about 30-35 minutes using the top and bottom flames.

8. Keluarkan roti dari oven dan pindahkan ke rak dan biarkan suhu ruang (30 menit)sebelum diiris sesuai selera. Remove the bread from the oven and move it to the rack and let the room temperature (around 30 minutes)before slicing according to taste.
