PaLonPineSoursop Juice


PALONPINESOURSOP JUICE

Bahan/ingredients:
350 gr pepaya california matang ukuran sedang. 350 gr of ripe california papaya medium size.
200 gr melon sky rocket matang. 200 gr of ripe sky rocket melon.
100 gr nanas madu. 100 gr of honey pineapple.
100 gr sirsak. 100 gr soursop.
100 ml air es. 100 ml cold water.
Sejumput himalayan salt. A pinch of himalayan salt.

Cara/method:
1. Semua buah yg akan di juice dinginkan di lemari es, kupas dan buang biji. All fruits will be juice chill in the refrigerator, peel and cored.
2. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam blender dan proses hingga lembut. Put all the ingredients into the blender and process until smooth.
3. Boleh ditambah secangkir es batu. A cup of ice cube can be added.

Saran: Buah yang sudah di proses menjadi juice sebaiknya segera diminum, tidak boleh lebih dr 1 jam dan hrs di simpan di lemari es tertutup. Suggestion: the fruit already in the process of being juice should be drunk immediately, should not be more than 1 hour and hrs in store in the closed refrigerator
