Bakwan Sayur – Fried Veggie Cake


Bakwan Sayur ini garing diluar tp lembut dan gurih di dalam. This Fried Veggie Cake crispy outside but soft and savory inside.

BAKWAN SAYUR – FRIED VEGGIE CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
80 gr toge. 80 gr bean sprout.
60 gr sawi putih, iris. 60 gr chinese cabbage, slice.
60 gr wortel parut. 60 gr grated carrot.
1 batang seledri, iris. 1 stalk celery, slice.
1 batang bawang daun, iris. 1 stalk spring onion, slice.
150 gr terigu serbaguna. 150 gr all purpose
40 gr tpg beras. 40 gr rice flour.
1 butir telur. 1 pcs egg.
220 ml air es. 220 ml cold water.
½ sdt lada bubuk. ½ tsp pepper.
1 sdt garam. 1 tsp salt.
5 gr bawang putih goreng, haluskan. 5 gr fried garlic, ground.
5 gr bawang merah goreng, haluskan. 5 gr fried shallot, ground.
3 butir kemiri sangrai haluskan. 3 pcs candlenut, ground.

Cara/methods:
1. Panaskan minyak. Heat oil
2. Campur dan aduk rata semua bahan kecuali air. Mix and stir all ingredients except water.
3. Tuang air dan campur rata. pour the water and stir.

4. Masukkan 1 sdm makan adonan ke minyak panas. Goreng hingga keemasan dan lakukan hingga adonan habis. Put 1 tbsp of batter into hot oil. Frying until golden and do it until the mixture runs out.
5. Sajikan dgn petis dan rawit. Serve with black shrimp paste and chili padi.
