Sambal Belimbing Wuluh – Sambal Averrhoa Bilimbi

SAMBAL BELIMBING WULUH – SAMBAL AVERRHOA BILIMBI

Bahan/ingredients:
5 buah cabe rawit merah. 5 pcs red cayenne pepper.
5 buah bawang merah. 5 pcs of shallot.
1 siung bawang putih. 1 cloves of garlic.
2 buah belimbing wuluh. 2 pcs averrhoa bilimbi
2 buah belimbing wuluh, iris tipis. 2 pcs averrhoa bilimbi, finely slice.
½ sdt terasi sangrai. ½ tsp roasted belacan.
Garam sesuai selera. Salt to taste.
½ sdm minyak kelapa. ½ tbsp coconut oil.

Cara/method:
1. Potong semua bahan, campur semua dgn minyak kelapa kecuali terasi, belimbing wuluh iris tipis dan garam. Proses dgn air fryer 180C selama 5 menit. Cut all ingredients, mix all with coconut oil except belacan, averrhoa bilimbi and salt.
2. Haluskan semua bahan, tambahkan terasi dan garam. Ground all ingredients, add belacan and salt.
3. Masukkan belimbing wuluh iris dan aduk dengan sendok makan. Add sliced averrhoa bilimbi and stir with tablespoon.
4. Sambal siap disajikan dgn apapun. Sambal ready to serve with other condiment.
