Untuk 2-3 porsi. For 2-3 portion.
Bahan/ingredients:
270 gr kentang, cuci, rebus, kupas kulitnya dan haluskan. 270 gr potato, wash, boiling, peel of the skin and mashed.
5 gr keju parmesan. 5 gr parmesan cheese.
50 ml cooking cream.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
Sejumput lada hitam. A pinch of black pepper.
3 lbr daun seledri, cincang halus. 3 pcs of celery leaf, finely chop.
20 gr bawang bombay, potong halus. 20 gr onion, tiny cut.
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus. 2 clove of garlic, finely chop.
10 gr mentega tawar. 10 gr unsalted butter.
2 btr telur ayam kampung. 2 pcs farmer egg.
Cara/method:
1. Campur semua bahan kecuali telur dan kukus 20 menit.
2. Pindahkan kentang tumbuk ke gelas saji buat lubang di tengah dan masukkan kuning telur dan taburi parmesan. Tutup dgn aluminium foil. Dan kukus 30 detik. Transfer the mashed potatoes to the serving glass to make a hole in the middle and add the egg yolks and sprinkle with parmesan. Cover with aluminum foil. And steam for 30 second
3. Sajikan panas bersama roti bakar, pendamping menu utama dan lainnya. Serving with toast bread, as a condiment of main course…etc
