K E T O P R A K

Per porsi saji. Serving for 1 portion

Bahan/ingredients:
50 gr toge, seduh air panas, tiriskan. 50 gr bean sprout, drain.
2 buah tahu ukuran kecil, belah 2 dan goreng, potong, 2 pcs tofu small size, cut on 2 and frying, cut.
50 gr bihun sdh diseduh air panas. 50 gr of rice vermicelli which has been brewed with hot water.
Ketupat atau lontong. Rice cake.
Kerupuk. Crackers

Saus kacang/peanut sauce:
30 gr kacang tanah goreng, tumbuk halus. 30 gr kacang tanah goreng, tumbuk halus.
2-3 siung bawang putih. 2-3 cloves of garlic.
3 buah cabe rawit rebus.(sesuai selera). 3 pcs boiled red cayenne. (To taste)
¼ sdt garam. ¼ tsp salt.
1 sdt gula merah. 1 tsp brown sugar.
½ sdm air asam. ½ tbsp tamarind water.
Air secukupnya. Some water.
Kecap manis sesuai selera. Sweet dark soy sauce to taste.

Cara/method:
1. Haluskan bahan saus kacang. Finely ground peanut sauce ingredients.
2. Letakkan semua bahan diatas piring saji dan beri saus kacang diatasnya, tambahkan kerupuk. Place all the ingredients on the serving plate and give the peanut sauce on top, add the crackers.
