Unagi & Chives Omelet


UNAGI & CHIVES OMELET

Untuk 1 porsi. For one portion

Bahan/ingredients:
2 btr telur, kocok lepas. 2 eggs, beat.
4 butir bawang merah, iris tipis. 4 pcs of shallot, finely slice.
2 batang kucai, potong 1 cm. 2 stalks chive, cut 1 cm.
2 buah cabe rawit merah, iris. 2 pcs of red cayenne, slice.
½ sdm minyak olive. ½ tbsp olive oil.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.

Taburan/topping:
8 iris unagi, 8 slices of unagi.
Katsuobushi secukupnya. Some katsuobushi.
Takoyaki sauce secukupnya. Some takoyaki sauce.

Cara/method:
1. Campur rata semua bahan. Combine all ingredients.
2. Panaskan minyak olive, masukkan telur kocok, letakkan di atasnya unagi, dan tutup masak hingga matang. Heat olive oil, add beaten egg, put unagi on top, and cover the pan until cook.
3. Pindahkan ke piring saji, taburi takoyaki sauce dan katsuobushi. Place on serving dish, sprinkle with takoyaki sauce and katsuobushi
