Ikan Bawal Kukus Belimbing Wuluh – Steamed Pomfret With Averrhoa Bilimbi


IKAN BAWAL KUKUS BELIMBING WULUH- STEAMED POMFRET WITH AVERRHOA BILIMBI

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ekor (300 gr) bawal putih, bersihkan dan gurat. 1 pcs (300 gr) white pomfret, clean and streak.
2 iris lengkuas. 2 slices galangal.
5 buah belimbing wuluh, iris. 5 pcs of averrhoa bilimbi, slice
4 buah bawang merah, iris. 4 pcs of shallot, slice.
2 buah cabe rawit merah, iris. 2 pcs red cayenne, slice.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.

Cara/method:
1. Letakkan ikan di wadah tahan panas, letakkan bawang merah, lengkuas, belimbing wuluh dan cabe di atas ikan. Place the fish in a heat-resistant container, place the shallots, galangal, averrhoa bilimbi and chillies on the fish.
2. Kukus ikan selama 20 menit. Taburi daun ketumbar sebelum disajikan. Steam the fish for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cilantro before serving.
