Kerang Madu Bakar – Grilled Honey Clam


KERANG MADU BAKAR – GRILLED HONEY CALM

Bahan/ingredients:
4 kerang madu hidup. 4 lives honey calm.

Bumbu halus/ground seasoning:
4 buah bawang merah. 4 pcs of shallot.
2 siung bawang putih. 2 cloves garlic
½ sdm cabe giling. ½ tbsp ground chili.
1 buah kemiri. 1 pcs of candlenut.
2 iris lengkuas, cincang. 2 slice of galangal, chop.
1 batang sereh, iris halus bagian putihnya, 1 stalk of lemongrass, finely slice the white part.
½ sdt gula merah. ½ tsp brown sugar.
½ sdt ketumbar. ½ tsp coriander.
1 sdm saus tomat. 1 tbsp tomato sauce.

Cara/method:
1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan sisihkan. Saute the spices until fragrant and set aside.
2. Panggang kerang hingga terbuka cangkangnya, beri bumbu pada daging kerang, dan panggang hingga matang. Bake the clams until they open the shell, give the sauteed seasoning to the clam meat, and bake until cooked.

3. Sajikan sebagai menu pendamping. Serve as side dish.
