SAMCAM GORENG CABE & GARAM – FRIED PORK BELLY CHILI & SALT

Bahan/ingredients:
250 gr samcam goreng ketumbar. 250 gr fried pork belly coriander.

1 sdm bawang daun iris. 1 tbsp slice spring onion.
5 buah cabe rawit, iris. 5 pcs red cayenne, slice.
3 siung bawang putih, cincang. 3 cloves of garlic, chop.

Garam secukupnya.
10 gr mentega tawar. 10 gr unsalted butter. (Elle & Vire)

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang putih, cabe dan daun bawang hingga harum, heat butter, saute garlic, cayenne and spring onion until fragrant.
2. Masukkan samcam goreng dan taburi garam secukupnya, aduk. Dan siap disajikan sebagai menu pendamping. fried pork belly and sprinkle some salt, stir. Ready to serve as side dish.
