Samcam Goreng Ketumbar – Fried Pork Belly Coriander

SAMCAM GORENG KETUMBAR – FRIED PORK BELLY CORIANDER

Bahan/ingredients:
500 gr sancam. 500 gr pork belly.
Tepung tapioka secukupnya. Some tapioca flour.

Bumbu/seasoning:
5 siung bawang putih, haluskan. 5 cloves of garlic, ground.
¼ sdt lada. ¼ tsp pepper.
1 sdt garam. 1 tsp salt.
½ sdm ketumbar bubuk. ½ tbsp coriander. powder.
½ sdt ngohiong, ½ tsp five spice.

Cara/method:
1. Tusuk kulit babi dengan pisau yang tajam. Lumuri garam. Iris bagian daging tapi jangan sampai terputus. Poke pig skin with a sharp knife. Smear salt. Slice the meat but don’t cut it off.

2. Lumuri bagian daging dgn bumbu. Dan diamkan semalam di lemari es. Smear the meat with spices. And refrigerate overnight.
3. Lumuri semua permukaan babi dengan tepung tapioka. Diamkan 5 menit. Cover all the surface of the pork with tapioca flour. Let stand 5 minutes.

4. Dan goreng hingga keemasan. Angkat dan potong sebelum disajikan. And fry until golden. Lift and cut before serving.
