Tumis Samcam & Kentang Goreng – Sauteed Fried Pork Belly & Fried Fries


TUMIS SAMCAM & KENTANG GORENG – SAUTEED FRIED PORK BELLY & FRIED FRIES (ZHA ZHU ROU)

Untuk 1 porsi. For 1 portion.

Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr samcam goreng ketumbar. 100 gr fried pork belly coriander.

150 gr kentang goreng, beri sedikit garam dan kocok. 150 gr fried fries, give a bit salt and shake.
2 siung bawang putih, cincang. 2 clove of garlic, chop.
40 gr bawang bombay. 40 gr onion.
1 sdm daun bawang. 1 tbsp spring onion.

½ sdt bumbu shao kao (boleh diganti bila anda tdk punya bahan ini), ½ tsp shao kao powder.(can be skip if you don’t have)

½ sdm minyak olive. ½ tbsp olive oil.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih, daun bawang dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Heat oil, sauteed garlic, spring onion and onion until fragrant.
2. Masukkan samcam goreng dan kentang goreng, taburi bumbu shao kao dan aduk.
3. Sajikan panas. Serve hot.

Note:
Shao kao liao atau bumbu shao kao bisa di ganti dengan campuran garam, lada, ngohiong dan cabe bubuk. Shao Kao powder can be change with combined salt, pepper, five spice and chili powder.
