Tahu Aci Mini


TAHU ACI MINI

Bahan/ingredients:
250 gr tepung tapioka. 250 gr tapioca flour.
20 gr fiber cream.
120 ml air mineral. 120 ml mineral water.
30 ml putih telur. 30 ml white egg.
8 buah tahu kuning, potong 4 segitiga dan goreng. 8 pcs yellow tofu, cut 4 triangles and fried.

10 batang daun bawang, cuci, tiriskan dan iris halus. 10 stalk scallion, wash, strain and finely slice.

Bumbu halus/ground seasoning:
6 siung bawang putih. 6 cloves garlic.
3 buah bawang merah. 3 pcs shallot.
2 buah kemiri. 2 pcs candlenut.
1 sdt garam. 1 sdt salt.
¼ sdt lada. ¼ tsp pepper.
½ sdt ketumbar. ½ tsp coriander.

Cara/method:
1. Campur hingga rata tepung tapioka, fiber cream, daun bawang, putih telur dan bumbu halus. Finely combine tapioca, fiber cream, scallion, white egg and ground seasoning.
2. Masukkan air bertahap sambil diaduk hingga rata. Gently pour the water and stir well.
3. Buat lubang pada tahu dan isikan adonan tapioka, tekan dengan garpu, lakukan hingga adonan habis. Make a hole in the tofu and fill the tapioca mixture, press it with a fork, do it until the mixture runs out.

4. Panaskan minyak, goreng tahu hingga kecoklatan, tiriskan. Heat oil, fry tofu until browned, drain.
5. Sajikan panas dengan saus sambal. Serve jot with chili sauce.
