Sup Daging Berempah – Beef Herbal Soup

SUP DAGING BEREMPAH – BEEF HERBAL SOUP

Bahan/ingredients:
400 gr daging sapi untuk sop. 400 gr beef for soup.
8 lembar sawi putih, potong. 8 pcs chinese cabbage, cut.
1 buah brokoli, 1 pcs broccoli.
2 buah wortel, kupas dan iris melingkar. 2 pcs carrot, peel and cut circle.
2 batang bawang iris miring. 2 stalk spring onion, oblique
3 batang seledri, 3 stalk of celery.
1500 ml air mineral. 1500 mineral water.
2 sdt garam. 2 tsp salt.

Bumbu halus/ground seasoning:
6 buah bawang merah. 6 pcs of shallot.
4 siung bawang putih. 4 cloves of garlic.
½ buah pala. ½ pcs nutmeg.
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ½ tap pepper powder.

Bumbu utuh/whole seasoning:
5 buah kapulaga. 5 pcs cardamon.
5 buah adas. 5 buah fennel.
2 iris jahe. 2 slices of ginger

Cara/method:
1. Masukkan bumbu utuh dalam kantung bumbu.. Insert whole seasoning into spices bag.
2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan air dan didihkan, masukkan daging sapi dan bumbu utuh, masak dengan api kecil hingga daging empuk. Saute the spices until fragrant, add water and bring to a boil, add the beef and whole spices, cook over low heat until the meat is tender.
3. Masukkan wortel rebus 3 menit, masukkan bahan lain dan garam. Rebus 2 menit. Add boiled carrots 3 minutes, add other ingredients and salt. Boil 2 minutes.
4. Siap disajikan panas. Ready to serve hot.
