Ayam Goreng Berempah – Spiced Fried Chicken

AYAM GORENG BEREMPAH – SPICED FRIED CHICKEN

Bahan A/A Ingredients
8 potong paha ayam bagian bawah. 8 pcs lower part of chicken thighs.
5 siung bawang putih, haluskan. 5 cloves of garlic, ground.
½ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp pepper powder.
¾ sdt garam. ¾ tsp salt.

Bahan B/B ingredients:
200 ml susu segar dingin. 200 ml cold fresh milk.

Bahan C/C ingredients:
200 gr terigu protein tinggi. 200 gr high protein flour. (Cakra Kembar)
100 gr tapioka. 100 gr tapioca.
½ sdt jahe bubuk. ½ tsp ginger powder.
1 sdt bawang putih bubuk. 1 tsp garlic powder.
½ sdt lada bubuk. ½ tsp pepper powder.
½ sdt ngohiong bubuk. ½ tsp five spice.
1 sdt cabe bubuk (sesuai selera). 1 tsp chili powder. (To taste)
1 sdt garam. 1 tsp salt.
½ sdt baking powder. ½ tsp baking powder.

Saus madu mustard/Honey Mustard Sauce:
2 sdt mustard. 2 tsp mustard.
1 sdm madu. 1 tbsp honey. (Tropicana)
Garam dan lada hitam secukupnya. Some salt and black pepper.

Cara/method:
1. Campur bawang putih halus, garam dan lada, lumuri ayam dengan bumbu dan diinapkan semalam di lemari es. Mix the ground garlic, salt and pepper, marinate the chicken with herbs and put it overnight in the fridge.
2. Panaskan minyak. Campur bahan B. Campur bahan C. Heat oil. Combine B ingredients. Combine C Ingredients.
3. Celupkan ayam ke adonan B dan gulingkan ke adonan C. Lakukan 2-3 kali. Dip the chicken into B mixture and roll it into C. Do it 2-3 times.
4. Cubit permukaan ayam dan ketok supaya tdk banyak tepung. Masukkan ke minyak panas dan goreng hingga keemasan. Pinch the surface of the chicken and knock it so that it doesn’t have much flour. Add to hot oil and fry until golden.
5. Dapat disajikan dengan saus madu mustard atau sambal pilihan anda. Can be served with honey mustard sauce or chili of your choice.

NOTE:
Goreng tenggelam ayam dengan api sedang. (Kisaran 8-10 menit). Deep Fry chicken with medium heat. (Around 8-10 minutes)
