Bakso Udang – Shrimp Ball


BAKSO UDANG – SHRIMP BALL

Bahan/ingredients:
250 gr udang segar, kupas. 250 gr shrimp, pell.
5 gr tepung bakso. 5 gr meatball flour. (TFM Flour can buy: Merry +62 812-2813-953)
1 sdm bawang putih goreng. 1 tbsp fried garlic.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp pepper powder.
Jahe bubuk secukupnya. Some ginger powder.
3 buah es batu. 3 pcs ice cube.
1000 ml air, untuk merebus. 1000 ml water, for boiling.

Cara/method:
1. Rebus air hingga 60C. Boiling water until 60C.
2. Potong dadu udang, masukkan dalam food processor bersama semua bahan, proses hingga lembut tapi jangan terlalu lama. Cut cubes of shrimp, put in a food processor with all ingredients, process until smooth but not too long.
3. Bentuk adonan bulat dgn 2 sendok dan masukkan ke dalam air hangat, lakukan hingga semua bahan habis. Form a round dough with 2 spoons and put it in warm water, do it until all the ingredients run out.
3. Didihkan hingga bakso udang mengapung, angkat dan masukkan bakso udang ke dalam air es. Bring to the boil until the shrimp ball float, lift and add the shrimp ball to the ice water.

Note:
Kepala dan kulit udang bisa direbus dengan jahe dan saring untuk kaldu udang. The head and skin of shrimp can be boiled with ginger and strain for shrimp broth.
