Sup Bakso Udang & Ikan – Shrimp Ball & Fish Soup


SUP BAKSO UDANG & IKAN – SHRIMP BALL & FISH SOUP

Bahan/ingredients:
300 gr daging ikan kakap putih, potong sesuai selera. 300 gr fillet white snapper, cut to taste.
1 pak shirataki. 1 pack shirataki.
Lettuce secukupnya. Some lettuce.
1 buah wortel, iris serong. 1 carrot, oblique.
20 gr jamur hitam kering, rendam dan potong. 20 gr dried black fungus, soak and cut.
30 buah bakso udang. 30 pcs shrimp ball.

1.500 ml Kaldu udang. 1.500 ml shrimp stock.

Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
3 siung bawang putih. 3 cloves of garlic.

Taburan/topping:
Daun bawang secukupnya. Some scallion.
Bawang putih goreng secukupnya. Some fried garlic.
Daun ketumbar secukupnya. Some cilantro.

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan kaldu udang dan bawang putih, beri lada dan garam, masukkan wortel, jamur kuping dan ikan kakap, Boiling shrimp broth and garlic, add pepper and salt, add carrots and snapper.
2. Letakkan lettuce, shirataki dan bakso udang dalam mangkuk. Siram dengan kuah bakso dan ikan. Taburi dengan bahan taburan. Place lettuce, shirataki and shrimp ball in a bowl. Pour with shrimp ball and fish soup. Sprinkle with topping ingredients.

Note:
Membuat kaldu udang: didihkan air masukkan kulit dan kepala udang dan jahe rebus dengan api kecil selama 20 menit, saring. Bisa disimpan di freezer. Make shrimp broth : Boiling water with skin and shrimp head and ginger, simmer for 20 minutes, strain. Can be stored in freezer.
