Sayap Ayam Saus Mustard Special – Chicken Wings With Special Mustard Sauce

SAYAP AYAM SAUS MUSTARD SPECIAL – CHICKEN WINGS WITH SPECIAL MUSTARD SAUCE

Bahan/ ingredients:
10 buah sayap ayam, bagian bawah, lepaskan daging ayam, sisakan di bagian bawah. 10 pieces of chicken wings, bottom part, remove chicken, leave it at the bottom.
1 sdt bawang putih bubuk. 1 tsp garlic powder. (Mccormick)
¼ sdt garam. ¼ tsp salt.
¼ sdt jahe bubuk. ¼ tsp ginger powder.
½ sdt bawang merah bubuk. ½ tsp shallot powder.
⅓ sdt lada bubuk. ⅓ tsp pepper powder.
2 sdm tepung tapioka. 2 tbsp tapioca flour.

Biji wijen sangrai secukupnya. Some roasted sesame seed.

Bahan saus/sauce ingredients:
2 sdt madu. 2 tsp honey. (Tropicana)
½ sdt bawang putih bubuk. ½ tsp garlic powder. (Mccormick)
Lada hitam bubuk secukupnya. Some black pepper. (Mccormick)
2 sdt kecap asin. 2 tsp soy sauce.
1½ sdt mustard. 1½ tsp mustard.
2 sdt saus tomat. 2 tsp tomato sauce.
1 sdt tabasco. 1 tsp tabasco.

Cara/method:
1. Campur semua bahan kecuali tepung tapioka dan simpan di lemari es semalam. Combine all ingredients except tapioca flour. And refrigerate overnight.
2. Panas minyak. Masukkan sayap ayam dalam wadah beri tepung tapioka, tutup dan kocok. Oil heat. Add chicken wings in a container of tapioca flour, cover and shake.
3. Masukkan sayap ayam dalam minyak panas dan goreng hingga keemasan dan tiriskan. Add chicken wings in hot oil and fry until golden and drain.
4. Campur bahan saus dan siramkan diatas sayap ayam goreng, aduk rata dengan sendok. Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the fried chicken wings, stir well with the spoon.
5. Letakkan sayap ayam diatas piring saji dan taburi biji wijen. Siap disajikan. Place chicken wings on a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Ready to be served.
