Ikan Dori Panggang Dgn Sambal Bali – Grilled Dory Fish With Balinese Sambal


IKAN DORI PANGGANG DENGAN SAMBAL BALI – GRILLED DORY FISH WITH BALINESE SAMBAL

Bahan/ingredients:
3 potong fillet ikan dori. 3 pcs sliced john Dory.
Jeruk nipis secukupnya. Some lime juice.

Pelengkap:
15 buah kentang koktail, rebus dan belah 2. 15 pcs cocktail potatoes, boiled and cut on 2.
15 buah baby buncis rebus. 15 pcs boiled baby green bean.
Sayur romain secukupnya. Some romaine.
3 buah telur rebus ½ matang. 3 pcs poach egg.

Cara dan penyajian/method and how to serve:
1. Keringkan ikan dori dengan tisu dapur, lumuri air jeruk nipis. Diamkan selama 30 menit. Dry dory fish with kitchen tissue, coat with lemon juice. Let stand for 30 minutes.
2. Campur kentang dan sambal kecombrang special, sisihkan. Combine potato and special sambal torch ginger, set aside.

3. Panggang ikan dori dgn teflon dgn sedikit minyak sayur hingga kedua sisi berubah warna (5 menit persisi). Grilled the dory fish on Teflon with a bit vegetable oil until both sides change color (5 minutes each side).
4. Penyajian/how to serve:
Letakkan diatas piring saji kentang, letakkan dori panggang diatas, letakkan telur rebus ½ matang dan letakkan sambal matah diatas telur. Sajikan bersama sayur romain dan buncis rebus. Place potatoes on dish, put grilled dory fish on it, put poached egg on it and put sambal matah on egg. Serve with romaine and boiled green bean.
