Sambal Matah


SAMBAL MATAH

Bahan/ingredients:
2 sdt bunga kecombrang cincang. 1 tsp chopped torch ginger.
1 batang sereh, cincang halus bagian putihnya.
1 stalks lemongrass, finely chop the white part.
10 buah bawang merah, iris halus. 10 pcs shallot, finely slice:
10 buah cabe rawit merah, iris halus. 10 pcs red cayenne, finely slice.
¼ sdt garam. ¼ tsp salt.
¼ sdt terasi bakar. ¼ tsp roasted shrimp paste.
1 sdt air jeruk nipis (sesuai selera). 1 tsp lime juice. (To taste)
2 sdm minyak kelapa panas. 2 tbsp hot coconut oil.

Cara/method:
1. Campur semua bahan kecuali minyak dan air jeruk nipis dalam mangkuk. Combine all ingredients except coconut oil and lime juice.
2. Panaskan minyak kelapa dan siramkan ke dalam mangkuk, aduk rata. Heat coconut oil dan pour on a bowl and stir well.
3. Masukkan air jeruk nipis dan aduk rata. Add lime juice and stir well.
