Nasi Goreng Buah Naga – Dragon Fruit Fried Rice


NASI GORENG BUAH NAGA – DRAGON FRUIT FRIED RICE

Untuk 2 porsi. For 2 portion

Bahan/ingredients:
250 gr nasi. 250 gr rice.
70 gr daging ayam suwir. 70 gr shredded chicken.
50 gr buah naga merah, 50 gr red dragon fruit.
10 buah petai beku, belah. (Aku proses 180c selama 5 menit dgn airfryer). 10 pcs frozen bitter bean, split in 2. (I process 180c for 5 minutes with the airfryer)
5 buah cabe rawit merah, iris. 5 pcs red cayenne, slice. 1 sdm minyak olive. 1 tbsp olive oil.

Bumbu halus/ground seasoning:
5 buah bawang merah. 5pcs shallot.
3 siung bawang putih. 3 cloves garlic.
2 butir kemiri sangrai. 2 pcs roasted candle nut.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.

Cara/method:
1. Hancurkan buah naga dengan sendok dan letakkan di saringan tanpa di tekan, supaya airnya terbuang saja. (Membuat nasi goreng tdk boleh banyak cairan karena merusak texture nasi). Crush the dragon fruit with a spoon and place it in the filter without pressing it, so that the water is wasted. (Making fried rice may not be much liquid because it destroys the texture of rice).

2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan buah naga aduk hingga harum. Heat oil, saute ground seasoning until fragrant, add dragon fruit stir until fragrant.
3. Masukkan nasi, aduk hingga rata, masukkan petai, ayam dan cabe. Aduk rata dan siap dihidangkan. Add the rice, stir well, add bitter bean, chicken and chili. Stir well and ready to serve.
